Housekeeping Supervisor

It is a pleasure to welcoming you as a new member of our young, dynamic and international team and are looking for a **Housekeeping Supervisor** (M/F) immediately or upon arrangement:
**Tasks & Challenges**:

- Verify room status, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeping staff to ensure quality standards
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/work boards
- Follow company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

**Qualifications & Competences**:

- You have several years of experience in the 5-star hotel industry, ideally in a comparable position
- Resilience, tidiness
- Very high awareness of quality
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Good knowledge of English, any other language of advantage
- Service-oriented
- Positive charisma
- High commitment
- Ability to work under pressure
