- Provide expert support on Bloomberg AIM workflows, with a focus on middle-office processes.
- Act as a hands-on operational replacement for missing team members during the transition period.
- Assist in the onboarding and aftercare of new operations team members.
- Support the implementation of both ETD and bilateral OTC derivatives within the Bloomberg AIM environment.
- Collaborate with local project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and project oversight.
- Provide additional SME support if necessary, working closely with internal and external teams.

**Key Requirements**:

- Extensive experience with Bloomberg AIM, particularly in middle-office workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Bilateral Over-the-Counter (OTC) derivatives.
- Proven ability to provide hands-on support and replace operational doers in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with transition management and onboarding of new team members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to work onsite 2 to 3 days per week in Switzerland, with remote work for the remaining days.

**Duration**: 6-month contract
**Day Rate**: £1000 - £1200 per day (travel expenses covered)
