**Your day to day**
Join us as our new **Bars Manager**:
Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Improve and maintain service quality in the bars and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage the bar team and take part in the service.
- Assist your superiors with the creation of new concepts and outlet reopening.
- Know all the cocktails, spirits, liqueurs and various drinks on sale in the bars, with their composition, dosage and price and shares your knowledge with his team.
- Maintain and update the cocktail menu in an innovative way.
- Manage the beverages stock: orders, storage, etc.
- Ensure that sales levels are maintained and implement actions to increase them.
- Establish, monitor and maintain SOP's.

**What we need from you**
With a degree in Hospitality Management, you have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5-star) with a solid operational background. You have excellent Mixology skills.

You are fluent in French. Mastering English and a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Micros/Simphony is a plus.

You are acknowledged for your guest service orientation, your reactivity and your capacity to anticipate guests’ needs. You like working in a fast-paced environment and are flexible. You aim to share your passion and knowledge with your guests and your team.

This position is opened to Swiss citizens and work permit holders as well as EU passport holders.
