This role is part of our growing team in Projects who are leading on life cycle upgrade projects as well as key site regeneration. This role is perfect for someone who wants to either continue or grow their projects experience within the HSE sector.

**Your main tasks**:

- Providing professional EHS assistance, advice and support to the organisation to meet the relevant laws and regulations and the CBRE GWS/customers' requirements
- Review Job Safety Plans and Work Permits from General Contractors
- Responsible (owner) of the Root Cause Analysis, uniformity and quality in the reports and responsible for proper and adequate handling Responsible for reports and reporting incidents
- Guaranteeing uniformity and quality in the EHS method of the Projects team Oss
- Monitor compliance Projects team and CBRE EHS training
- Monitoring and measuring compliance with legal standards and developing and implementing any (follow-up) procedures when standards have not been complied with
- EHS inspections. (work permit) audits on the site and control supplier training
- Managing data in the client’s and CBRE’s reporting systems

**Your profile**:

- Completed studies in a technical field
- Work experience of professional experience in a similar position
- Auditing experience is required, experience in a GMP environment is preferred
- Conscientious, persistent and self-disciplined personality who does not give up quickly
- Fluent German and English skills oral as well as written - Required
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
