Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recrutons un/une:
**Operating Maintenance Team Leader**

**Activités principales**
- Manager une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 4 à 6 techniciens afin d’encadrer toutes les activités de maintenance des équipements et utilités du site. (Planning horaire, planning d’astreinte, ressources, suivi hebdomadaire)
- Garantir la réalisation des opérations de maintenance opérationnelle:

- du parc machines de process et conditionnement, équipements de laboratoires et des utilités du site
- des locaux/infrastructures de Production et la sous-traitance des travaux (zones environnements contrôlés)
- la réalisation et le suivi du plan global de maintenance préventive (planification, ressources, enregistrements, Non-conformités)
- Gérer le plan global de maintenance préventive
- Gérer les contrats fournisseurs des utilités (systèmes HVAC/Air comprimé / Eau PPI)
- Assurer le suivi des opérations pendant les Arrêts techniques
- Gérer le parc Machines de process et conditionnement, équipements de laboratoires et les utilités du site
- Coordonner les formations de Maintenance de 1er niveau et formations techniques des équipes de Production
- Gérer les locaux/infrastructures de Production et la sous-traitance des travaux (environnements contrôlés)
- Participer aux projets d’améliorations du processus en collaboration avec l’équipe Méthodes de Maintenance
- Réaliser l’astreinte technique des utilités selon le planning défini et le règlement interne
- Toute autre mission particulière qui pourrait vous être confiée par la Direction

**Votre profil**
- Formation de base : Maturité professionnelle, ou diplôme professionnel équivalent,
- 10 à 15 années d’expérience dans une fonction de maintenance industrielle, idéalement dans le secteur de l’industrie pharmaceutique ou du dispositif médical,
- Une première expérience de Management d’équipe serait un atout
- Maitrise du Pack Office, connaissances des logiciels GMAO, Supervision et GTC,
- Connaissances sur systèmes vision et robotique, idéalement sur lignes de packaging,
- Fort esprit d’équipe, force de proposition, sens du feedback, sens de l’organisation, flexible, à l’écoute et disposant d’une communication aisée.
