- Thales Alenia Space Schweiz AG in Zurich, with its 75 employees, is the Swiss branch of the internationally operating Thales Alenia Space, which has been developing, integrating, testing and operating innovative and complex space systems for more than 40 years. Thales Alenia Space Switzerland technologies and products are used in the exploration of our solar system and the cosmos, earth observation and satellite telecommunications.
- Buyer (M/F/d) with Warehouse Responsibility in full or part time (Ref.Nr. R0127019)
- For our activities in the field of space at our location in Zürich, Switzerland
- You will enjoy having this responsibility:
- You are part of the project core team to drive all procurement activities for important projects within space industry. Besides that you are taking full accountability for our small warehouse.
- It also involves the following tasks:
- Ordering general and specific space parts-
- Procurements with respect to schedule, on time delivery and budget as well as quality-
- External interface to suppliers-
- Responsible for the supply chain data and for their maintenance in SAP-
- Managing invoicing process for the procurement orders-
- Taking full resonsibility for our small warehouse-
- Receptions and bookings of goods-
- Kitting and shipments preparation-
- Stock management and inventory-
- Support to Project’s supply chain from request for quotations until final delivery- You have:
- Degree in either supply chain or procurement field-
- Experience in logistics and warehouse management and/or in procurement-
- Experience in aerospace domain would be a clear asset-
- High level of flexibility and capacity to work in team.-
- Very good communication skills-
