Your Area of Responsibilities: *
- Evaluate scope of the business change that will occur with the business transformation
- Identify all stakeholders, i.e.: who will be affected by the change
- Understand the impact of these changes/processes on each stakeholder group and the potential risks
- Preparing slide decks and carrying forward user trainings whenever required
- Improve/develop change management strategies and detailed change management plans for the change initiative
- Execute the change management plans by managing change management activities across all aspects of the project
- Provide organizational change management support at time of implementation and develop new approaches and resistance management plans as required to deal with adoption obstacles, which may arise
- Assess the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption

**Your Experience & Qualifications**:

- University degree in business administration, health-related or another applicable domain
- 3-5 years of work experience in an organizational change management specialist role
- Experience working within the life sciences sector would be an asset
- Project management experience and ideally having collaborated with a team in an agile environment
- Experience consulting and communicating with (senior) management teams
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and is capable of collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and team members
- Prosci® Organizational Change Management Certification
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking), German is a plus
