We are seeking an outstanding bioinformatics scientist / computational biologist / biomedical data scientist to design and maintain our data management and bioinformatics tools to support the development of next generation antibody therapeutics.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Development and integration of data management systems to support our antibody discovery technology.
- Streamline analysis and maintenance of primary data workflows.
- Processing, quality control, and statistical analysis of large internal and external biological data sets including Next Generation Sequencing data.
- Supporting Neurimmune’s lab automation efforts.
- Analysis and integration of genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics data sets.
- Translation of complex data sets into comprehensive biological insights.
- Interpretation and presentation of results in project team meetings to develop new research strategies together with our scientists.

**Qualifications**:

- PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, biomedical informatics, or a related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience in academia or the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Excellent knowledge of computational methods for the analysis, integration and interpretation of different types of high-throughput biological data from sequencing and array-based technologies; experience with single-cell genomics is considered a plus.
- Excellent programming skills in JavaScript, R, C# and data analysis and visualization experience in R.
- Demonstrated experience with data management systems like LabKey server and data analysis platforms like knime would be a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and as integral part of a larger team.
- Fluency in English required, German would be a plus.
