HR Internship

During the 12-month Internship (location Baden or Zurich) you will partner with the Swiss Country HR Manager in a variety of HR matters. **In this role you will**:

- Support our Country HR Manager in her responsibilities for local Swiss Hitachi Energy matters
- Look into key HR processes and improving them
- Participate in interesting transformation projects
- Monitor importing country related data
- Do document management
- Support the revamping of our local Hitachi Energy Web presence

**What we require**:

- Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Human Resource studies or Psychology studies of a Swiss University
- Someone who is highly motivated and interested to make a first step into the world of HR
- Proactive, organized and open-minded personality
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills with an excellent command of English and German (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**Basic Info**
