In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:
**CRM Project Coordinator**

**Main activities**
- Conduct Business requirement workshops to analyze fields needs and align with CRM tools capabilities
- Manage CRM tools implementation and roll-out projects within Markets following the global CRM roadmap
- Ensure projects are executed according to the plan and are of the highest standards to support long-term relationships with clients
- Work closely with IT and engineering teams and third-party partners to implement an appropriate data infrastructure and functionality to power the CRM activity
- Perform and manage tests on new CRM tools and features before Go-Live
- Perform end user training on new CRM tools and features before Go-Live and post Go-Live
- Support Markets during Go-Lives and post CRM features implementation
- Effectively communicate with other Sales departments and Marketing teammates to understand goals, claims and guidelines
- Leverage CRM tool animation and best practices, and develop communities of CRM contacts within Markets
- Any other specific assignment that may be entrusted to you by the Management

**Your profile**
- EPF, HES, University or Engineer degree
- Minimum of 1-3 successful years of CRM tools implementation experience
- Must have demonstrated CRM tools project management skills with Salesforce technology
- A first B2B and/or B2C experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Luxury industry would be an asset
- Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to change
- Experience with customer data management and segmentation
- Works well in matrix environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Able to rapidly adapt to changing environment
- Well-developed analytical skills and a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- An independent and critical thinker who is a strong, collaborative team player and fast learner
- Fluency in French and English
