**We are seeking**:
An experienced and dynamic Global Compensation & Benefits Manager with excellent collaboration skills who want to join our active and engaged team to manage corporate and varied projects that contribute to value creation and help to achieve ambitious corporate goals in the Compensation & Benefits field.

The position forms part of the Global HR team and reports into the Global Head of People, Organization and Culture.

**Your main responsibilities and opportunities**:
- Partner and build trusted relationships with corporate executive leadership, hiring managers, the whole HR community to ensure that job offers are based on market rate and have an internal equity.
- Ensure fair compensation including salaries, bonuses and any type of employee benefits. Build and maintain consistent job architecture and compensation structures across the organization.
- Lead corporate projects regarding compensation & benefits. Develop HR strategies and policies that serves our business goals. Develop and optimize our benefits offer (retirement, health insurance )
- Provide expert guidance on global mobility processes.**Your Profile**:

- BA degree in HR or advanced certification in Compensation & Benefits
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in a leading Compensation & Benefits position.
- Expert knowledge of global compensation and mobility matters.
- Strong background in Finance and Statistical Analysis
- Resilient and flexible individual with a proven ability to work in a busy environment while enjoying multi-tasking
- Strong customer orientation and change mindset
- Pragmatic approach to resolving issues
- Easy navigation in a global matrix organization
- Competent in project management, tracking budgets and negotiating
- Experience in a regulated environment (GxP) is advantageous
