We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the CFO division.

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training, and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

Programme duration: 18 months

Start in the CFO Treasury team in Zurich. Thereafter, join the Treasury trading team in Singapore to further deepen the knowledge in managing financial risks. Our Focus-Track provides you with a holistic experience across Julius Baer’s finance division. Our teams are responsible for divisional and group-wide performance analyses and deliver the insights to the Group CFO and other members of the management team. We drive strategic cross-divisional initiatives, identify, and conceptualize revenue optimization measures, and support our Group Treasury with the steering of our CHF 100bn balance sheet.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Preparing enhanced finance analytics to help steer executive decisions
- Financial assessment of business cases to support divisional management
- Execute market trades to manage the bank’s financial risks
- Project management and collaboration with various stakeholders across the bank
- Observing and understanding Swiss and international wealth management market trends and developments
- Understanding the general bank business model (e.g., sources of revenues)
- Getting to know the full spectrum of products and services of a global wealth manager
- Analysing the key balance sheet and financial performance metrics of a Private Bank
- Contributing to strategic and organizational initiatives as well as projects

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Master's degree from a university with above-average grades ideally in finance, banking, economics, data science, business administration or accounting (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets is a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative modelling skills
- Team player and professional interaction with stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge in Tableau, Power BI and R preferred
- Very good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance
- Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
- Fluent in German & English, other languages an advantage
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) an advantage or willingness to obtain it
