Electronic Technician

**Electronic Technician / Support Technician (80-100%)**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Addressing customer’s inquiries and delivering technical expertise
- Conduct device testing and equipment repairs while tracking failure rates and identifying critical issues
- Conduct comprehensive final testing of products to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct engineering support activities such as review of procedures (manufacturing procedures, testing procedures, approvals, etc.)
- Develop and conduct training sessions for customers
- Carry out field installations and measurements
- Support other departments in creating technical documentation in English such as user’s manuals, technical drawings, wiring schematics, etc.
**Qualifications**
- Possess an Electronic Technician certification (EFZ / CFC) or equivalent; higher education qualifications will also be considered.
**Your Skills**
- Strong technical proficiency with a proven ability to rapidly acquire new skills and knowledge
- Wide expertise in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, with a strong understanding of the operational principles and key parameters of electrical components
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), other languages are an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (mainly Word and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic team-work oriented environment
- Adaptable to changing tasks and capable of handling pressure effectively
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasions
