Für unser Team in der Analytischen Entwicklung von Biokonjugaten am Standort Visp suchen wir eine/n Team Leader (m/w/d) der Analytische Projektteams leitet. Als Mitglied unserer Abteilung unterstützen Sie die Etablierung der Analytischen Methoden während der Prozessentwicklung. Dazu gehören die Entwicklung, Transfer, Optimierung und Validierung von analytischen Methoden im Auftrag unserer Kunden sowie die prozessbegleitende Analytik während der Entwicklungsphase. Sie leiten Teams aus Projektleitern und Wissenschaftler und unterstützen diese bei ihren Kundenprojekten und in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung.

Der Project Team Leader zeichnet sich aus durch seine Führungsqualitäten in Verbindung mit technischem Fachwissen, der ausgeprägten Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit und der Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Führen und fördern von Project Teams bestehend aus Projektleitern und Wissenschaftler, verantwortlich für alle Aspekte des Personalmanagements. Kontinuierliches Coaching aller Mitarbeiter, um zu gewährleisten, dass jederzeit ein effizientes und flexibles Team zur Verfügung steht, welches optimal auf wechselnde Anforderungen reagieren kann.
- Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung von analytischen Methoden wie zum Beispiel RP-, SE- und IEX-HPLC, icIEF, CE-SDS, UV/VIS-Spektroskopie und ELISA in den Kundenprojekten.
- Verantwortlich für die termingerechte Bearbeitung der Aufträge durch eine kontinuierliche Optimierung und Standardisierung der Abläufe und Prozesse.
- Koordination der reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit mit der Prozessentwicklung, der QC Visp und anderer interner und externer Partner. Direkte ergebnisorientierte Kommunikation und Diskussion.
- Verantwortlich für das Einhalten der allgemeinen und projektspezifischen Sicherheits
- und Qualitätsstandards.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- PhD oder MSc im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (Chemie, Biochemie oder Pharma) mit mehrjähriger relevanter Industrieerfahrung; idealerweise Führungserfahrung kombiniert mit Expertise in der Analytischen Entwicklung oder QC.
- Flexible, motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Analytik, die sich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit wechselnden Prioritäten wohl fühlt und in der Lage ist, komplexe Probleme für die es keine Routinelösung gibt zu analysieren und zu lösen.
- Strukturierte, fokussierte und gut organisierte Arbeitseinstellung, lösungsorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst. Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Teammitglieder zu motivieren und zu entwickeln, kann eine positive Einstellung bei Rückschlägen und Herausforderungen aufrechterhalten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, fliessend Deutsch und Englisch ist erforderlich, Erfahrung mit elektronischen Laborjournalen, Laborautomatisierung oder statistischer Versuchsplanung ist ein Plus.
