Our laboratory technician team undertakes essential work for the development of new motion sub-systems for our customers. They are the ones who manage the development projects for measurements and develop measurement methods in collaboration with engineering to validate our products.
We are now looking for a laboratory technician with a background in mechanics and experience in measurements to join this fantastic team in our noise lab.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Define test setups and validation;
- Test installation, start and running, follow up with progress reports;
- Test results analysis and documentation;
- Analyze the samples, test setups and test methods and in case of an issue, undertake problem solving.
Our requirements:
- A strong academic background mechanic (a degree with apprenticeship / CFC);
- Technical measurement skills and experience from a relevant industry;
- Good understanding of quality systems procedures and the testing process;
- Ability to read and understand technical and product documentation;
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and patience;
- MS Office user expert and comfortable with various information technology tools;
- Really good communication skills in French and preferably in English as well.
