**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Plan resources and capacity of penetration testers and pentest coordinators
- Moderate through internal discussion regarding security-relevant findings and ensure that decisions are captured transparently in meeting protocols
- Discuss and rate vulnerabilities and pentest findings together with stakeholders from Risk and IT Security departments
- Manage Pentest findings and corresponding risk register entries
- Futher develop the pentest coordinator process and its documentation
- Improve the automation, reporting and auditing of the process
- Co-decision of rating of vulnerabilities and pentest findings
- Co-responsibility in improving and reviewing the pentest standard and its appendixes

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or higher professional education (Advanced Technical College, Swiss Federal Diploma) or comparable education in project management
- Substanciated knowledge in industry-known vulnerability rankings such as OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25 or similar
- Advanced skills with tools such as Jira, MS Sharepoint, MS Office
- Experience in process engineering and documentation
- Good understanding and experience in rating, impact-analysis and handling of security vulnerabilities
- Distinctive structured and target-oriented proceeding
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills
- Team-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English, preferably also in German language
