**Your key responsibilities**:

- Providing advice to leadership teams and managers on the people strategy, the employee lifecycle and related policies & processes (e.g. recruitment, performance management, talent & development, compensation, etc)
- Engaging with the HR team and people managers to enable a sustainable high performance workplace including consulting on leadership, structure, culture and talent management
- Responsible for supporting the implementation of the organizational change agenda including transformational projects and restructuring
- Collaboration with HR colleagues, including HR product and country teams across DB Group to provide the relevant HR services
- Employee Relations management and advisory including consultation and ER process management

**Your skills and experience**:

- Graduate Degree or comparable qualification
- experience in an HR Business Advisory or HR Talent Acquisition position in DB Group
- good knowledge of HR Products and Processes and the Compensation Framework in DB Group
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders combined with very good communication skills
- Sound understanding, how to manage employee relations matters with counselling and conflict resolution skills
- good skills of MS Office and Workday
- strong team player with commitment and energy (and the ability to inspire team members and other stakeholders)
- very good language skills in German and English (ideally also French and/or Italian)
