**Brand Manager Estée Lauder / Origins**

**The Role**

The team you’ll work with is smart, nimble, and fun. The culture in this brand grouping is a unique environment combining the best parts of being at a mid-size local business with flat hierarchies with the stability and resources of a successful public company. You’ll have full ownership of the brands you’re working on and will be able make fast decisions in a highly collaborative environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drive local marketing and sales strategies to maximize sell-through according to market demand in line with regional / global strategy
- Define the Brand Go-to-Market strategy (Inc. commercial plan and sales targets), across all channels, incl. virtual selling, monitors KPIs
- Work with Regional Brand VP and Affiliate GM to set challenging yet attainable brand sales and profit goals for the brand
- Conduct P&L analysis, Accountable for reaching the key brand rankings and market share objectives
- Define virtual selling strategy and activities, in collaboration with other stakeholders (online, owned media, Commercial Team, live chatters )
- Understand competitive landscape and trends in markets and competition, customers, categories, products, prices, and channels to identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement
- Lead collaboration between brand team, commercial team and digital commerce and marketing team to deliver the brand strategy
- Close collaboration with GM, Regional Brand VP and Supply Chain Leads
- Lead and develop people: Drives employee's growth and development, providing leadership, guidance, and management

**Qualifications** What you bring**:

- Proven history of successful leadership, both on business and people
- Extensive expertise of the luxury cosmetic industry, specifically in the skincare segment
- A professional background in the fields of Marketing, Digital and Finance
- Strong sense of inclusion and diversity
- Strategic thinker with proven success history of implementing these into business
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English on a full business proficiency, every other language is a strong advantage
