Ipc 620 Quality Inspector

Overview:
Seeking an Electrical Inspector in or near Geneva for an on-going period ending 2026.

€45 per hour

Paid travel and overnight accommodations when necessary.
- The quality inspector shall travel to supplier facilities to perform visual and dimensional inspections on cable harness & connectors.
- Parts will be inspected to engineering drawings, customer purchase order(s), industry standards, and specifications.
- Travel to additional suppliers for inspection of circuit card assemblies (CCA), manufactured parts, assemblies, and / or sub-assemblies may also be required.

**Requirements**:

- Inspector must have practical experience performing in-process and final inspections on cable harnesses & connectors.
- Experiance with circuit card assemblies (CCA), machined parts, assemblies, and / or sub-assemblies would be advantageous.
- The inspections will be performed to engineering requirements specified per ANSI Y14.5 - Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) or equivalent standard.
- Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAIs) in accordance to the AS9102 standard and knowledge of standards J-STD and IPC-A-620 are required.
- Current IPC-A-620 or J-STD-001 certification or working knowledge. If certification has been held but is expired; expiration date required.
- Must have a laptop and cell phone.
