Aufgaben & Herausforderungen
Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Front Office, Housekeeping und Guest Relation mit ca. 18 Mitarbeitern
Schnittstellenfunktion im Führungsteam
Coachen, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
Sicherstellung und Überwachung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs
Zuständig für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
Kostenkontrolle und wirtschaftliche Verwaltung der Arbeitsmaterialien
Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Betriebsziele
Weiterentwicklung des Marketingkonzepts und der verkaufsfördernden Massnahmen
