Ferring+You

Working in the Quality Control department, you will supervise 3 groups of analyses linked to the release of the group's pharmaceutical products. The aim is to release batches according to site and market requirements. In this context, you will be responsible for communicating priorities and the progress of analyses. You will also be in charge of optimizing workflows, strengthening team collaboration, supporting technical improvements and, more generally, continuous improvement.

Your day at Ferring- Supervise the daily work for control of incoming materials (raw materials, packaging materials, medical devices) and microbiological testing- Review and approve analytical test results for completeness and accuracy enabling batches available for release and production of finished products- Monitor results for trends; perform laboratory investigations as required; argue incident/deviation and implement Change Control, CAPAs as needed using QA Track- Develop and maintain applicable laboratory procedures, test methods, specifications, documentation and records- Responsible for the training/mentoring of Team members and maintaining their versatility-
- Ensure the laboratory is kept in a safe working environment and in compliance with OSHA and other requirements and other laboratory safety standards- Participates in Lab Audits and Inspections

Behind our innovation There’s you- Master or bachelor’s degree in chemistry/pharmacy/applied science- Minimum 5 years of experience in a QC laboratory or testing laboratory- At least 3 years' experience as a team leader/supervisor- Good knowledge of GMP standards- Fluent in English- Good capacity to foster common goals
