Head Waiter/waitress

_We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Head Waiters/Waitresses. As vital members of our establishment, you will play a key role in ensuring the exceptional satisfaction of our guests throughout their dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of service, including cash handling, promoting our outlets and culinary events, and contributing to the overall success of the Drei Berge Hotel._

**Missions**
- Set up and meticulously manage your designated section of the Restaurant
- Extend a warm welcome to guests upon their arrival
- Provide personalized recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to maximizing the revenue of the Restaurant
- Assist or take charge of order placement, ensure its accurate delivery, and oversee the service of food and beverages in accordance with established procedures
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Present bills and process payments following hotel procedures
- Actively promote various services and products available within the hotel
- Execute cleaning tasks in adherence to hotel procedures
- Contribute to inventory management and participate in stocktaking
- Facilitate internal communication within the team and relay information effectively
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations

**Profile**
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Significant experience in service
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is highly desirable
- Experience in luxury hospitality or gastronomic dining
- Proactivity, flexibility, and adaptability
- Precision, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Team player mentality
- Eagerness to learn and progress within the hospitality/restaurant industry

**Salary**: CHF3’000.00 - CHF7’000.00 per month
