The Group Controlling within Zühlke is organised as a Group Service consisting of Group Controllers and Accountants who ensure that all financial and accounting matters are handled identically within the Zühlke Group. This is to ensure a groupwide harmonized controlling and reporting process (target setting, planning, implementation, monitoring and feedback).
We are currently looking for Financial Controller in our Group Finance and Controlling team, who covers the following areas.
**Your role**:
- Support the monthly management reporting for Group Companies, the Group Executive Board and Board of Directors.
- Actively support the continuous development and moderation of the planning process (time schedules, establishing best practice, coordination with the countries, review of the planned data).
- Perform regular project controlling and business analysis on the group level.
- As part of the responsible team for Data Warehouse, support Key users of the Group, regularly review the Group KPIs’ booklet, establish regular trainings for the group community, data load and automatization.
- Take part in the development of the Management Accounting and review necessary adjustments and take part in the review of the Calculation Model and regular updating of the resulting rates as well.
- Take part in the risk management evaluations, group projects and ad-hoc analyses.
**Your talent**:
- Degree in business administration (business economics, finance or business informatics).
- Completed specialization or still in training as “Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting” (dipl. Expertin/Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling).
- Experience in financial controlling, preferably in an international team.
- Very good analytical skills, ability to think interconnected and assertiveness.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools and EPR (SAP).
- Experience in a matrix organization in an international environment.
- Ability to work independently and against tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in both German and English.
