**About the role**:
We are looking for a Content Junior Producer o join our C.P. Company Marketing Team based in Mendrisio HQ. As part of this role, you will work closely with the Creative Content Coordinator to bring each concept to life. The Content Junior Producer will be a central point of contact with a positive and 'can do' attitude, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the production of all marketing **campaigns, social media editorial and special project shoots**.

Assist in the creation of **mood boards and creative briefs**

Assist in handling **model casting**, **location scouting**, **prop sourcing**, on-set attendance and any other ad hoc production tasks.

Responsible for **booking creative talent** and managing **travel and accommodation**.

Responsible for creating and distributing **Call Sheet **document and organising **PPM**.

Responsible for **organising sample set logistics** from pre-production to post-production, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Assist in the handling of all **paperwork and administration for shoots**, including all necessary permits and contracts with models and talent and any usage right negotiations.

Responsible for **uploading final assets to internal server**, ensuring images are **tagged** with the correct name and rights, and **sharing** final assets with relevant internal stakeholders.

Work closely with the Creative Content Coordinator to **ensure accurate budget tracking and management **and ensure that all **invoices and expenses** are submitted and shared with the Finance Department.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Must have 2-3 years of experience working on shoots, either as a freelancer or in a previous in-house or studio role.

Passionate about creative photography and video production.

Understanding of C.P. Company's aesthetic and objectives with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and maintain accuracy in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Basic understanding of budgets and ability to work cost-effectively.

Well organised strategic thinker who is brilliant at multi-tasking, is proactive and brimming with energy and enthusiasm.

Ability to build solid working relationships with key stakeholders within the brand, external agencies and suppliers.
