**Technical-Customer Consultant**:
**Votre défi**

Prendre en charge les tickets/demandes d'assistance.

Les analyser, les résoudre ou procéder à leur escalade ou à leur planification

Déterminer l'ordre de priorité des demandes, et leur caractère d'urgence à la suite du diagnostic

Informer le client du suivi de sa demande et remplir les éléments administratifs

Planifier les interventions des techniciens terrain pour les dépannages sur site

Suivre les indicateurs de supervisions

Contribuer à la veille des services managés et lancer les actions correctives si besoin

Mettre à jour la documentation technique
**Vos compétences**

Expérience dans le support client

**Diplôme commercial ou technique spécialisé(e) dans l'informatique et/ou électronique.**

**Langue maternelle allemande (suisse et/ou allemand standard) et très bonnes connaissances du français niveau C1**
L'italien et/ou de l'anglais, sont un fort atout

Bonnes capacités de communication orale et écrite

Affinité avec les nouvelles technologies

Organisé, autonome, sens des responsabilités

Bonne résistance au stress

Vous vous adaptez au niveau de connaissance de vos interlocuteurs

Bonne connaissance des environnements : Microsoft ©, suite Office, Réseau TCIP/IP, Technologie du poste de travail et du serveur
**Vos perspectives #boost**

Formation de 3 mois et se déroule à 100% au sur site

Ensuite, 3 jours de travail à domicile (uniquement en Suisse) et 2 jours au bureau.

Horaires de travail:
Lundi à vendredi 8h/ jour (libre choix de l'horaire entre 7h00 et 18h30)

Possibilité de poste fixe à la clef
