**The role**

We’re looking for a Product Communication Manager to execute a global product communication plan for our product, aimed at generating new leads, nurturing existing contacts and upselling existing customers.

In this role, you will work in close cooperation with our Customer Success and Product teams to formulate the positioning of our product, develop messaging content and build enablement resources for sales and customer success. You will also develop a deep understanding of our customers, how they are using our product and what touch points they need to increase the awareness and penetration of our product, all of which will help you shape our positioning, messaging and go to market strategy.

In addition to this, you'll be in charge of the execution of the product communication plan, in which you will initiate global campaigns and local initiatives to achieve our growth targets and ensure that awareness of our product reaches new highs.

**Responsibilities**
- Craft positioning for the product, audience-centric messages and relevant content that will be distributed across different touch points of the customer journey.
- Develop foundational materials such as buyer journeys, personas and content maps.
- Coordinate a calendar of product marketing communication actions and drive product communication campaigns across multiple regions.
- Partner with the regional campaign managers to support the creation of regional go-to-market plans and ensure consistency of overall product communication.
- Oversee and compile competitive intel efforts to determine a market segmentation and advise on customer approaches.
- Support the pricing strategy of the product by producing the necessary support material and processes for the sales team to efficiently sell the product.
- Drive or feed global initiatives and tactics to support regional go-to-market strategies and guide Marketing Services team to set up content, campaigns and social media presence.

**Skills and Experiences**
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing at a SaaS company, with min 2 years exposure to the Blockchain for Enterprise market and you are used to addressing technical audiences (DevOps, Developers, ).
- You are an exceptional story-teller, with compelling narrative skills and strong copywriting ability.
- Experience at driving customer journey mapping initiatives and building concrete action plans and extract relevant insights from it.
- Strategic mindset, you have a data-driven approach and base yourself on numbers and facts to build and execute a plan.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Open to working flexible hours this position will demand.
