Du bist direkt dem CEO unterstellt und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle in der Personalbetreuung auf allen Ebenen sowie bei der Rekrutierung und Auswahl der Fachkräfte. Als Experte in deinem Bereich unterstützt du die Teamleiter in allen HR-Prozessen und Fragen. Du bist verantwortlich für Mitarbeitergespräche, planst und koordinierst Schulungsbedarf und stehst für alle Anliegen von Mitarbeitern und Vorgesetzten im Bereich Human Resources zur Verfügung. Ausserdem optimierst du die HR-Prozesse im Managementsystem, wo es sinnvoll und möglich ist.

**Erfahrung**

Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Personalwesen bzw. Human Resources in einem industriellen Umfeld und entsprechende Weiterbildungen absolviert, zum Beispiel als Personalfachmann/-frau. Der Umgang mit sensiblen Anliegen und das Vermitteln in schwierigen Situationen ist für dich vertraut. Du arbeitest zuverlässig, selbstständig und pünktlich, und gehst vertraulich mit Informationen um. Dein natürliches Auftreten, Empathie und Effizienz komplettieren dein Profil.
