**Requirements**: All applicants must:

- Have a valid Early Child Education License to Practice Certificate
- Completed
- Have a current first aid certificate
- Be willing to get a medical clearance from your doctor
- Be willing to obtain, or already have, a current and satisfactory criminal record check
- Three references ( 2 professional, 1 personal) with phone numbers
- Have supervisory experience

**Recommended**:

- A minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience in an inclusive child care setting
- Knowledge of play based curriculum planning
- Training and/or experience with the Early Learning Framework
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working within a non-profit society
- Experience and a high degree of comfort working with parents and directing team members
