**Your challenge****:

- As a Compliance Specialist for Anti-Bribery & Corruption (AB&C), you will act as an e
- pert on issues relating to the prevention of corruption. Your responsibilities include the development, implementation, monitoring and enforcement of a globally applicable program to combat/prevent corruption, including the epansion of e
- isting IT tools. You will be familiar with the challenges and solutions involved in combating corruption and can e
- plain relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. UK Bribery Act, FCPA and the Wolfsberg Guidance) and implement them in practice. You will be responsible for training colleagues from all relevant business areas and keeping management informed of changes in risks based on e
- ternal events.
- You will be responsible for the preparation of reports, the Group-wide corporate risk assessment and the implementation of independent controls.
- You represent LGT in industry working groups and seminars. You will enjoy sharing your knowledge and e
- pertise, helping to further strengthen the bank's risk culture.

- Degree in law with an international focus Several years of work e
- perience in the field of anti-corruption in an international financial company
- Good conceptual and analytical skills
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Reliable, solution-oriented way of working and quick comprehension skills
- Assertive team player
- Business fluent in German and English
