Im Rahmen des Post Trade Processing werden Börsengeschäfte im In
- und Ausland abgerechnet, die offenen Settlements weltweit überwacht und schweizer Namenaktien bewirtschaftet. Darüber hinaus kümmern wir uns um Prozessoptimierungen und weiteren Verbesserungen. Die Jobrotation innerhalb des Teams bietet Flexibilität und Abwechslung im Tagesgeschäft. Während der Tätigkeit in der Handelsabwicklung und Abwicklungsunterstützung nutzt der Spezialist sein Know-How, um in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und dem Management kontinuierlich Ideen zur Verbeserung der Prozesse zu entwickeln und daran mitzuwirken.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Sie stellen sicher, dass die Börsengeschäfte tagfertig verarbeitet werden
- Sie überwachen die offenen Settlements weltweit in über 70 Märkten in den Produkten Aktien, Obligationen, ETF, strukturierten Produkten und Funds.
- Identifizieren und Verwalten von Risikopositionen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und anderen Schnittstellen
- Verarbeitung von Ein
- und Austragungen von schweizer Namenaktien
- Diverse Abstimmungs
- und Meldepflichten in Bezug auf interne Konti, schweizerischen Stempelsteuer und Verrechnungssteuer
- Kontinuierliche Identifizierung von Prozessverbesserungen
- Dokumentation und Beschreibung von Prozessen und User Manuals
- Als Fachexperte Mitarbeit in Projekten oder kleineren IT Changes

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich Trade Support und Settlement
- Erfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Schweizer Namenaktien
- Grundkenntnisse und Erfahrung in anderen Wertpapierbereichen
- Grundkenntnisse in Reconciliation
- Breite Markt
- und Produktkenntnisse der Finanzinstrumente
- Erfahrungen in Projektmitarbeit von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Tools ist ein Muss
- Affinität für Prozessanalysen und -verbesserungen
- Ausgeprägte SWIFT ISO Kenntnisse
- Erfahrungen im Risk Management Post Trade und Settlement
- Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikations
- und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten
- Fliessend sowohl in Deutsch (C1) als auch in Englisch (C1)
