**Azure SDET**

**Your Mission**

Join our enthusiastic feature team of engineers and face the challenge to bring the threat detection and response platform of Open Systems to the next level. As an Azure Software Development Engineer in Test in the Managed Detection and Response team, you will use your knowledge and experience to build modern solutions on the Azure platform. You will be part of a crazy good cybersecurity solution.

As an Azure SDET for Open Systems MDR team, your main responsibilities will be:

- Test responsive UI using React, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS
- Test middleware using C#-based Web APIs/micro-services, Azure functions, Azure logic apps, Message Queues/Order Brokers such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hubs
- Test integrations with back-end data sources such as PostGresql, Azure Cosmos
- Create unit tests as part of the development cycle using Test-driven Development methodology Automate our pipeline and release processes by using CI/CD automation Delivery and maintenance of a set of platform features
- Test API-based integrations
- Be able to define, track and measure quality metrics as part of DoD.
- Perform non functional testing for delivered services including performance, availability and scalability.
- Calculate costs associated with the services delivered.
- Work with our Scrum Master, Product Owner, and other Scrum team members in a cohesive and collaborative Agile environment, using Jira for managing all work
- Work with our geographically disperse teams and partners through both onshore and nearshore teams

**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of overall SDET experience
- 5+ years of overall SDET experience testing apps using the Microsoft.NET framework.
- 5+ years of experience in testing web apps using ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC.
- 4+ years of experience with SQL Server.
- 4+ years of experience testing Web Services, WCF Services, and Web APIs.
- 4+ years of experience in UI testing using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (this is required if they'll be part of a SDT developing UI, preferred otherwise)
- Experience testing middle-tier code using C# - Web APIs, Web Services, Azure functions.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum software delivery team with frequent deployments and releases
- Experience with queuing/stream processing technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with AWS
- Good understanding of DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
- Familiarity with configuration management across a multi-platform estate such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, or ARM Templates.

**This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in Switzerland**
