Essential duties and responsibilities
- **Lead funnel and cross-departmental collaboration**: Develop and implement strategies to capture, nurture, and convert leads through a structured marketing funnel. Support Branding and Digital Marketing Managers and the Business Analytics team with ad-hoc projects to drive overall company growth.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on growth strategies and cross-channel campaign management.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong organizational skills and experience in the medical device or healthcare industry are a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
