**Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung Testkonzept
- Erstellung Testplan und Testdrehbuch
- Organisation und Koordination der Testvorbereitungen und Test durchführung
- Einholen und Dokumentation der Entscheide
- Innerhalb des Unternehmen: über die internen Product Teams und Business Vertreter (v.a. Aussendienst V&V) hinweg
- Ausserhalb des Unternehmen: über die AXA und den externen Software-Provider hinweg

**Anforderung**:

- Übergreifendes Testmanagement in grossen IT-Implementationsprojekten mit Systemintegrationen und externen Software-Providern
- Erwiesene Fähigkeit sich schnell in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse
