**Your key responsibilities**:

- Takes project leadership and leads stakeholders in different function to insure the completion of the project and commercialization of the technology.
- Acts as a resource for technical professionals with less experience, has the ability to understand and influence others.
- Leads technical sub-teams with regular impact on own work teams, contributing to multiple projects.
- Accountability for AUDIT conform project documentation according to DuPont development standards (PCP, NPCF).
- Accountability for for protection of intellectual property.
- Understanding and implementation of the strategy of DuPont adhesive business.
- Drive project stage gate meetings in agreement with DuPont product commercialization processes.
- Perform all work in full agreement with the DuPont EH&S (environment, health & safety) standards.
- Pro-active contribution to continuous improvement of safety and housekeeping standards.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field is a minimum requirement.
- Language skills in English and German are a requirement, additional language skills are appreciated.
- Skills or expertise in information technologies, particularly data mining and machine learning is advantageous.
- Technological knowledge of polyurethane-based, silyl-terminated polyurethane, silicone and acrylic adhesive technologies are advantageous.
- Understanding of raw materials market and suppliers in the adhesives industry is of advantage.
- Understanding the importance of sustainability for material development.
- Basic understanding of adhesives manufacturing process steps and related costs.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Self-driven, motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaboration for superior results with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills to build strong customers relationships in order to drive business results.
- Strong business acumen.
- Solving well defined as well as more complex problems, working with mínimal guidance.
