**LOGISTICS OPERATOR**

**Job overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Order Management:

- Oversee the complete order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of orders from the warehouse to end-users (B2B and B2C).
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve any order-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Customer Support Liaison:

- Act as the entry point for all logistics-related customer support tickets.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding order status, delivery issues, and logistics services.
- Warehouse Coordination:

- Serve as a key liaison between the warehouse and other departments, ensuring alignment on order handling and operational requirements.
- Monitor the execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WOIs) within the warehouse.
- Courier and Claims Management:

- Handle claims with courier partners for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, ensuring timely resolution.
- System and Data Management:

- Extract and consolidate data from various systems to build a comprehensive database.
- Develop and implement efficient tools to monitor monthly orders and returns.
- Perform system adjustments to maintain data integrity and accuracy across all logistics systems.
- Reporting and Analytics:

- Generate monthly reports on order fulfillment, returns, and other key logistics metrics.
- Present actionable insights and propose corrective plans to enhance logistics processes.
- Process Improvement:

- Work closely with the logistics team to identify inefficiencies and develop process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor warehouse operations and propose corrective actions to ensure SOPs and WOIs are executed correctly.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data extraction, and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Knowledge of courier operations and claims processes.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.

**Ideal but not required**
- Startup/entrepreneurial experience.
- Experience operating in a regulated product category.
- Experience in cardiovascular monitoring or digital therapeutics.
- Understanding of the healthcare and consumer channels and/or physicians and other key decisions makers in the clinical channel.
