Um die Fach-, Verkaufs
- und Führungsausbildung für den Vertrieb weiterzuentwickeln, suchen wir Verstärkung in der Sales Academy. Als engagierte, kommunikative und eigenständige Persönlichkeit bist du massgeblich verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von Bedarfs
- und Anforderungsanalysen zur Aus
- und Weiterbildung sowie die Konzeption und Implementierung neuer Bildungsangebote.

**Was du tust**
- Du führst Analysen durch, um den Bildungsbedarf zu identifizieren
- Du gestaltest innovative Lerninitiativen mit dem Fokus auf Future Skills & KI, die auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind
- Du entwickelst digitalen Lerncontent in Form von Videos, E-Learnings und Lernreisen
- Du entwickelst bestehende Bildungsangebote aufgrund strategischer Neuausrichtung, digitaler Entwicklungen und neuen Anforderungen an die Mitarbeitenden weiter
- Du leitest Projekte im Bildungsbereich

**Was du mitbringst**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Pädagogik/Andragogik, Didaktik, Projektmanagement, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Learning, Talent Development und Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse und Begeisterung für Themen wie Blended Learning, E-Learning, KI und Trends in der Erwachsenenbildung
- Hervorragende analytische, konzeptionelle und strategische Kompetenzen, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein gewinnendes Auftreten
- Perfektes Deutsch, Französisch
- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
