**Your task**
- You are responsible for the catering of the Zühlke Group at the Schlieren (ZH) site and coordinate the entire process from menu planning to supplier management to menu preparation.
- Together with your team, you create 100 to 180 lunch menus daily as well as the salad and sandwich offerings for our employees and external guests. You are also responsible for the catering for internal events (e.g. aperitifs and employee events).
- By creating an interesting and varied catering offer and introducing culinary highlights, you will make a significant contribution to the well-being of employees and external guests at Zühlke.
- You will be responsible for the operational management of a team of six working on a part-time basis.

- The operation and the offer of the internal Barista Bar.
- Training, leading and motivating the team
- Controlling offer planning, calculation and purchasing in cooperation with the kitchen
- Defining and developing processes and quality standards
- Ensuring work safety
- Control of operational and food hygiene
- Administration and adjustment of the cash register system | daily cash accounting
- Budget responsibility
- Planning of operations

**Your talent**
- You have further training as a catering manager and have preferably completed an apprenticeship as a chef or have the corresponding cooking skills. Gastronomy is your passion. You see yourself as a host and know how to present your offer in an appealing way.
- You like to be at the front and as a host with heart and soul, the well-being of your guests is important to you.
- You like to work in administration and have good computer skills.
- You have organizational skills.
- You are a strong communicator and team-oriented.
- You are innovative, flexible and have a flair for numbers.
- You have very good oral and written German skills and a good command of English.
- As a proactive person, you like to bring in new ideas and thus help to shape the culinary side of Zühlke.
- You have a strong sense of hygiene, are an organizational talent and excel in social skills.
