To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a

**Quality Technician (100%)**
- Starting date: as soon as possible_

**Your role**:
As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Operation team and will be reporting to the Quality Manager.

You will ensure that the product meets quality requirements at each stage of its manufacturing process, carrying out relevant testing and where necessary take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues. You will assist and support the Quality Engineers by providing production expertise to resolve quality issues raised during production operations.

**What you will own**:

- Reading and understanding part drawings and specifications to use as the guideline for part inspections
- Performing product inspections of incoming components, semi-finished and finished products according to Good Manufacturing/Laboratory Practices (GMP/GLP), to verify that products meet specifications and are free of damages or defects
- Performing gauge R&R, equivalency studies, Test Method Validations (TMV) and statistical analysis
- Documenting & sharing inspections results timely with those responsible for products, process or supplier, and recommending improvements
- In case of non-conformities, performing test result investigations for root cause analysis and reporting findings
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and documenting results, according to good documentation practices and established procedures
- Preparing and monitoring quality statistics and reports. Reviewing production records for conformance to procedures
- Recognizing problems that might affect the Product quality and communicating timely
- Conducting non-conformance tests of manufactured, packaged or tested Products
- Supporting other departments activities in qualification and validations tests
- Ensuring that testing equipment is in good condition through regular checks

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the GMP quality control field
- Experience working with ERP systems, experience with Metrology, Measurement System
- Analysis (MSA), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is a plus
- Understand statistical techniques, such as confidence intervals, control charts, tolerance bands, % Tolerance, % Standard Variation, Standard Deviation
- ES microtechnical technician or equivalent
- Fluent in French and have a good level of English
- Analytical spirit and willing to go deeper to details
- Responsible, precise, rigorous, team player and have a structured working style
- You are eager to learn new concepts, skills, and tools that you might need to complete your assignments
