Responsibilities
- Working alongside the center manager
- Ensuring that center safety rules & regulations are adhered to.
- Answering phone calls / dealing with customer requests / enquiries
- Managing entry logs / operating the cashier
- Bookings, requests and general admin
- Responsible to keep center clean and tidy
- General Customer services
- Help with Organising and Implementing events.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Superb interpersonal skills as well as a friendly demeanor
- Great problem solving skills
- Able to perform under pressure
- Able to multitask
- English and German proficient
- A valid Swiss Work permit or EU Citizen
- Enjoys working with children

License/Certification:

- Swiss Work Permit (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- 6340 Baar, ZG (preferred)
