The APAC OTC Business Acceleration Lead for the APAC region will drive strong collaboration across Global Category and APAC BUs to drive business growth acceleration, and expansion of the OTC portfolio by identifying and driving strategic Big Bets.
We're looking for a driven individual who can make immediate impact and has the strategic acumen to recognise growth opportunities within the region.
- This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following _- Drive overall OTC portfolio growth acceleration across APAC markets by developing and implementing comprehensive business acceleration strategies, identifying market opportunities and collaborating with regional and global teams to align business acceleration strategies with overall company objectives.- Drive Innovation acceleration for the region and help drive global innovation pipeline to be fit for purpose in APAC markets.- Partner cross functionally with category, R&D, regions & markets in landing innovation with scale and focus on mid/long term innovation pipeline.- Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour in the APAC region and utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.- Identify & drive strategic Big Bets within the portfolio across the region to help accelerate growth in the region. Be responsible for driving and landing China and India acceleration future workstreams related to OTC Category including Access, new formats/new actives etc.- Drive innovation execution excellence by leveraging learnings from across the APAC region as well as OTC global.- Partner with Global Category and markets in executing global brand strategies and priorities on power brands, drive product awareness and sales growth.

Basic Qualifications:
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:_- Experience in OTC products or similar regulated consumer healthcare businesses- Seasoned (15 yrs +) Sales & marketing experience across large business/markets- Proven track record of successfully leading business acceleration initiatives, ideally in the APAC region- APAC Regional experience across multiple markets and deep understanding of the APAC market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape- Experience in Regional/Global roles and managing cross-functional teams in a matrix structure- Budgeting and forecasting: Commercial and financial acumen
