January: Housekeeper

We are searching for a highly skilled housekeeper to work 25 hours a week (5 hours per day, 5 days a week). Experience in a family setting, particularly with children, is a bonus, as there may be an occasional need to look after a baby for about 30 minutes a day while the nanny collects the older children from school. However, this is not a strict requirement.
The most important aspect of the role is maintaining a high standard of cleaning and ironing. If you also have some cooking skills, that would be an additional plus.
**Ideal start date**: January 2025. Interviews asap.
**Location**: 1293 Bellevue, Geneva. 3-4 minutes walk from the train station.
Language, English / French or Italian.
**Children**: Two children aged 3 and 6 and a newborn 4 months old. The family has a nanny.
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 5 hours per day. The family is flexible, it can be mornings or afternoons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning the house including the terrace and entrance
- Change linen
- Ironing and laundry.
- Cook or assist in the kitchen.
- Help to take care of the newborn for 20-30 minutes while the nanny is picking up older children at school.

**Additional information**:
The family lives in a big house with a garden. There are no pets at the house

**Requirements**:

- Eligibility to work in Switzerland: EU/Swiss passport or Swiss Permit
- Written letters of recommendation or job certificates that we can validate
- Very efficient in cleaning, tidying
- Quick, energetic, organised and punctual
- Experience working with private families with children
- Cooking skills are a plus
- Fluent in English, French or Italian
- Resident in Geneva
