**Job Description**:
**About This Role**

Are you ready to take charge of GMP warehouse activities and play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of warehouse operations? As a Sr. Materials Handler II, you will be at the forefront, managing and ensuring the timely and accurate execution of all GMP warehouse activities. Your responsibilities will include receiving goods, preparing shipments, supporting manufacturing activities, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines

**What You'll Do**
- Receives all GMP items on an electronic inventory system, verifies count and labels, vendor item, number and expiration date against item specification and purchase order prior to printing the bar code label. Label as per need and reconcile all.
- Prepares shipments (including but not limited to binding, stretching, picking, operating powered industrial Trucks safetly) on a daily base and performs all related ERP transactions according to standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Prepares bill of landings and other shipping documents if required
- Performs cycle counts as per plan
- Support of goods preparation for manufacturing, QC sampling requests for sampling/testing and any other request and performs all necessary activity transactions.
- First level support of the related automation systems (including but not limited to AGVs, Swisslog Systems).
- Ensures all departmental applicable training and required GXP trainings are 100% complete
- Operates Powered Industrial Trucks, safely
- Receives and process Drug Substance from MFG as per procedures with particular attention on the reconciliation
- Remains current on DOT and Hazmat regulations.
- Ensures high safety standard by maintaining cleanliness and orderly storage condition in the warehouse and performing daily safety checks and reporting near misses, Hazard ID’s and Incidents in the EHS notification systems.

You are a detail-oriented professional, adept at independent documentation and information recording. Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to articulate issues effectively. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are motivated by the desire to define outcomes that ultimately benefit patients.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma with >2 years of three years prior experience
- Minimum 3 years of GMP experience.
- Forklift License
- ADR/IATA license
- Completed apprenticeship in warehouse/logistic
- Good English level B1
- Good forklift driving skills
