Production Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Mechanical assembly of parts into sub-assemblies or finished products
- Electronics assembly into sub-assemblies or finished products
- Casting and moulding of polymer resin under vacuum
- Machining (CNC and conventional)
- Use of tools and test benches for electronic and mechanical elements
- Follow production sheets and quality control protocols
- Guarantee the conformity and quality of parts and assemblies
- Maintain sustained production volumes
- Actively participate and assist in production processes and improvements
- Actively participate and help in the implementation of production monitoring system and its improvement

**Qualifications**:

- You have a polymechanic, CFC or title deemed equivalent
- You have professional experience in job shop and batch production systems
- You have experience and you are confident using machine shop equipment, experience with LINUX CNC is a plus.
- You have experience with electronics and electronic soldering
- You have experience using FDM and SLA 3D printers
- You are familiar with production concepts, production systems and planning tools (Lean, 5S, Kanban, route case analysis, batch production)
- Good level of English (technical conversations in English)
- Good knowledge of CAD and CAM is a plus, ideally Fusion 360
- Experience with the Odoo ERP system is a plus
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) is a plus
- You are an organized and dynamic person. You pay attention to detail and like things done
- You are curious by nature and able to work independently
