**Project Manager R&D - Spine Division**:
Model and detail of implant and instrumentation designs (Solid Works)
Perform tolerance analysis and prepare documentation to support the industrialization
Develop and test implants and instruments prototypes
Close collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Production, Quality and Regulatory affairs)
Collaboration with external partners
Prepare and submit documentation that describe product design concepts, attributes and performance and project status. Areas of involvement include customer and sales support, regulatory submissions, design history files, device evaluation and testing, manufacturing or supplier support, quality control, packaging
Manage and lead the documentation and approval process for the Design History File for the assigned projects
Utilize knowledge of all aspects of the surgical procedure in order to develop innovative solutions to solve/satisfy customer needs

**The resource should also have the following skills**:
Hard Skills
bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Biomechanical Engineering;
at least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry or Design Mechanical company;
excellent knowledge of CAD systems (Solidworks), definition of tolerances and the preparation of technical drawings;
familiar with design control documentation for Medical implants. (e.g. Risk Analysis, Verification/Validation, Design Transfer);
fluency in English and Italian language.
