Als Intern Service Management unterstützt du das Team in unterschiedlichen analytischen wie auch administrativen Tätigkeiten.

**Das Sind Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung neuer und der Verbesserung bestehender Massnahmen, um die operative Qualität und Effizienz innerhalb des gesamten SIX Banking Services weiter zu fördern.
- Du hilfst bei der Ausarbeitung und Implementierung von Massnahmen zur Verbesserung unserer internen und externen Dienstleistungen.
- Du trägst zur Stärkung unserer internen Prozesse bei und dokumentieren diese, um eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung zu gewährleisten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Business und Corporate Functions zusammen, um Informationen und Daten zu strukturieren und zu kategorisieren.
- Abhängig von deinen Interessen und Fähigkeiten können weitere Aufgaben hinzukommen. Dies bietet dir die Möglichkeit, deine Fähigkeiten in verschiedenen Bereichen fortlaufen zu erweitern und zu vertiefen.

**Das Bringst Du mit**:

- Du bist aktuell in einem Studiengang wie Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Business Administration eingeschrieben oder hast diesen bereits abgeschlossen.
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrungen in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld gesammelt.
- Du arbeitest auf eine analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Weise.
- Du bist in der Lage, sowohl selbstständig als auch in verschiedenen Teams und mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen effektiv zu arbeiten.
- Du bist geübt im Umgang mit Microsoft Word, Excel und PowerPoint.
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
