**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Legal & Regulatory trainee with a Tech passion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support in getting and maintaining regulatory licenses to sell travel-related products.
- Support in drafting and reviewing international contracts, such as but not limited to distribution and sales agreements, agency agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sponsorship agreements etc
- Support in deploying the company processes involving Competition Law, Consumer Law and Tourism Law analysis.
- Support in managing Data Protection assets.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Law
- Strong communications and relationships skills; teamwork-oriented
- Proactive, motivated, flexible and with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner; demonstrating problem-solving attitude
- Perfect knowledge of English, German and Italian is an asset
