We need someone passionate about recruitment who can think outside the box to help us find the best IT talents to join our teams. We're an IT consulting company, truly project-oriented.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Talent Acquisition:

- Coordinate actions with the Hiring Managers and all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
- Talent Attraction:

- Represent the company as a brand ambassador at recruitment and branding events.
- Talent Retention:

- closely collaborating with each Business Unit Director to implement strategies (tailored to each BU) to reduce turnover and improve the employee experience.
- Process Owner:

- Having full autonomy over the recruitment process, as well as the onboarding process (including pre-boarding).

**In terms of recruitment scope**:

- 90% of IT profiles (infrastructure, cloud, developers, experts, business analysts, project managers) - 10% of operational profiles (HR, admin, finance, sales, etc.)
- 30-50 recruitments per year
- 80% of recruitment for project-based roles (as opposed to mission-based roles)

**The skills we're looking for**:

- Someone with **1**-3 years of recruitment experience**, including at least 1 years in the Swiss IT industry.
- A friendly personality with **strong listening skills** and a keen interest in new technologies (tech-savvy)
- A **positive attitude and the ability to think and act in an agile manner** (as you've likely gathered, there's a high level of autonomy in this role)
- Reliable, organized, curious, creative, and most importantly, someone who enjoys talking to strangers (since it makes up 70% of the job)
- ** Excellent level of French and English **(B2/C1 minimum in both languages)
- **Prior first experience in recruitment in Switzerland (as it's essential for understanding the market specificities)**
- Other information:_
- _ Remote work allowed 2 days per week, LPP paid for 60% by the employer, many external activities, participatory management (really)_
- _ possibility to work from our Geneva (PLO) or Sion office 1 to 2 days per week._
- _ Salary : 90'000 CHF fix + bonus plan (approx. 20kCHF)_
- _ You'll be recruiting for all 4 of Sword Technologies' Business Units, with the hiring managers being the Business Unit Directors (who are primarily technical leaders) and having full decision-making power (career progression, salary, etc.)._
