To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a:
**Export Assistant 100% (6-month contract)**
- Starting date: as soon as possible_

**Requirements**:
**Your role**:
You will be responsible for daily shipment, according to our sales/production schedules, as well as tracking deliveries to the final customers. You will collaborate daily with our Sales Administration and Customer Support departments to ensure timely delivery of sales orders and returns after repair.

**What you will own**:

- Management of international shipments
- Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice / packing list / EUR1 / Certificate of Origin)
- Order preparation
- Tracking deliveries to the recipients
- Daily communication with freight forwarders, particularly to resolve potential customs issues
- Organizing product returns when necessary
- Responding to various requests from internal and external clients regarding exports
- Reconciliation of Export Declarations (DTE) with export files and archiving
- Participation in the continuous improvement of the position

**Your profile**:

- Minimum CFC education, ideally related to international trade or logistics
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Proven experience in the import/export field
- Knowledge of dangerous goods is an advantage
- Proficiency in common computer tools
- Flexibility, versatility and ability to adapt quickly
- Team-oriented and customer-focus mindset
- Being proactive in suggesting process improvements
