To shape and strengthen our growing Hydrogen Mobility & Energy team in Winterthur, we are looking for a self-motivated, highly committed, and passionate personality as:
**Hydrogen Mobility & Energy Business Development Manager 100% (w/m/d)**

**Your Role**:

- Responsible to gather, summarize, and present Hydrogen Mobility & Energy (HME) market relevant data and to regularly provide an overview on global market developments and announcements of the HME market
- Support to prepare HME market segment growth targets and strategy in collaboration with the HME Leader and ensure the continuous adaption of the strategy according to regulatory and geopolitical situation
- Identify potential partnerships, key players, and decision makers in the global hydrogen industry also M&A opportunities to reach defined growth targets
- Backing regional Sales in the development of regional, functional, and local strategies derived from the HME strategy
- Development of various business models for our Systems and Services divisions for the expansion of the global footprint
- Driving engagement and promoting Burckhardt's HME offerings in conferences and exhibitions

**Your experience**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or similar, further education in economics or strategic discipline
- Several years of experience in Business development in an international environment, preferably within the hydrogen mobility & energy related fields
- Excellent negotiating, communication and presentation skills, sales experience is a plus
- Strong network with key players within the renewable energy field
- Very good English in written and spoken, German is a plus
