**Procurement & Purchase Coordinator**

Rattaché(e) au Supply Chain Manager, vous êtes en charge de la gestion du flux d’approvisionnement d’une partie des composants et de la relation opérationnelle avec les fournisseurs pour le suivi de votre portefeuille de commandes.

Responsabilités

A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

- Piloter quotidiennement le portefeuille des commandes (confirmation, respect des délais, prix, relance fournisseurs, recalage des portefeuilles ) en maintenant des contacts réguliers avec les fournisseurs
- Assurer la passation des commandes d’achat selon les besoins estimés par le PDP (Product Development Process)
- Respecter la stratégie de couverture des stocks durant la passation des commandes en limitant le risque d’obsolescence et de rupture
- Analyser les messages d’avances et de reports du système effectués sur la base des besoins estimés et engager les actions vis-à-vis des fournisseurs
- Partager le prévisionnel des commandes avec les fournisseurs
- Mesurer la performance des fournisseurs et leur communiquer les résultats
- Assurer la mise à jour constante des données système pour l’approvisionnement (délai fournisseur, stock sécurité, prix)
- Être moteur dans le déploiement des projets visant à renforcer notre Supply Chain
- Faire le lien avec les services supports pour assurer le lancement des nouveaux projets dans les temps impartis
- Lancer des demandes d’offres aux fournisseurs
- Déployer et suivre les stratégies achats auprès des fournisseurs

Profil

Titulaire d’une formation d’Ingénieur Supply Chain ou d’une formation équivalente spécialisée en logistique, vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement.

Dynamique et rigoureux/se, vous possédez un excellent esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

A l’aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment Excel (SAP est un atout), vous parlez couramment français et avez de bonnes connaissances en anglais.
